Thank you for shopping at DermaCare MD. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened or used products, gift cards, and downloadable software products.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
2.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return

3.2 Packaging: Securely package your return item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
3.3 Return Shipping: Ship your return item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include your order number and reason for return in the package.
